Report illegal content

Use this form to tell us about content hosted on codai that you believe is illegal, under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act. You get a reference number straight away and, if you give your e-mail, an acknowledgement of receipt.

DSA notice

All fields are required unless marked optional.

The exact location: the full share link (hub.codai.ro/t/…, /s/… or /r/…), a session share link, a URL, or the request id of an API response. For a comment, add its text and author name.

Explain why you consider the content illegal, and under which law if you know it. At least 20 characters.

We send the acknowledgement of receipt and our decision to this address.

We use the data in this notice only to handle it and to meet our legal obligations, and we keep your name and e-mail no longer than 6 months after our decision. If we take action, we may tell the user concerned that a notice was received, but not who sent it, unless the law requires it.

Single point of contact (Articles 11 and 12 DSA)

Authorities of the Member States, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users of codai can contact us directly and rapidly at [email protected] (phone +40755667632).

We accept messages in Romanian and English.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt without undue delay — on screen with a reference number, and by e-mail if you gave one.
  • A person reviews every notice, diligently and objectively. We do not decide on notices by automated means.
  • We tell you our decision and how you can challenge it. If we restrict content or an account, we tell the user concerned why.
  • Content on a codai Studio share or review page can also be reported from the "Report" link on that page.

More about how we handle notices on the Digital Services Act page; how we process your data in the Privacy Policy.
