Do we get a fiscal invoice?

Yes. Every paid payment gets a fiscal invoice issued by Interactive Media Solutions S.R.L. (CUI 37237457) through Brivio. If you enter a Romanian CUI or an EU VAT ID at checkout, the invoice is also submitted to ANAF e-Factura. A refund produces a credit note.

Is VAT added to the price?

No. The seller is not registered for VAT (neplătitor de TVA, art. 310 Cod fiscal), so the EUR price on the plan is the price you pay.

Does our data stay in the EU?

With EU data residency switched on for your account, yes: model calls are served only by Google Cloud Vertex AI in the EU, and a request with no EU-region model fails rather than leaving the EU. The gateway and the database run in europe-west1. Processing is covered by a DPA with Standard Contractual Clauses, and the subprocessors are listed publicly.

Are our prompts used to train models?

No. Training is opt-in only and off by default. Traffic sent with your own provider keys (BYOK) is never used for training.

Business accounts can be set to EU-only processing, prompts are not used for training, and every payment gets a fiscal invoice from Interactive Media Solutions S.R.L. Where your data is processed

The gateway and the database run in Google Cloud europe-west1 (Belgium).
With EU data residency switched on for your account, every model call is served by Google Cloud Vertex AI in the EU (the eu multi-region or europe-west1). A request that has no EU-region model fails instead of being sent outside the EU.
Without it, accounts use the default routing: Google Vertex AI (global endpoint) and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, including US regions, as listed on the subprocessors page.
Under EU residency, features that would send content outside the EU are off: web search, the semantic cache, memory search and the audio and realtime endpoints.
No training on your prompts: it is opt-in only, and off by default. Traffic sent with your own provider keys (BYOK) is never used for training.
A data processing agreement (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision (EU) 2021/914) and breach notice within 72 hours.
A public list of subprocessors, with 30 days’ notice before any change.
