Resolve on desktop and phone, billing and referrals in the SDKs

List, submit and accept Resolve jobs from the desktop app and your phone, with a price confirmation and a notice when a job ends. The SDKs gain read-only billing and referrals. Android 3.10.0 and a desktop UI update.

Resolve, the verified-fix service, now works from every codai app, not only the hub.

What is new

Desktop and phone. See your Resolve jobs with their status, quote and proof, send a new GitHub issue, and accept a quote. Before anything is charged you see the price and what pays for it (your first €1 fix, a fix credit or the wallet).
No in-app payments. If the wallet is short, the top-up page opens in your browser.
Notices. The phone notifies you when a job gets a quote or finishes; the desktop app shows a notice for jobs you are watching.
Command line and agents. codaid resolve list and the MCP tool resolve_list list your jobs.
SDKs. TypeScript 0.51.0 and Python 0.49.0 add resolve.list, read-only billing (plan, wallet, invoices, a low-balance watcher) and referrals.
